I develop machine learning models and computational techniques for plant biology. With expertise in single-cell data science, I leverage multiple modalities at cellular resolution and develop models that explain how cell-cell interactions across multi-omic layers drive systematic emergent property and behavior. By tracing developmental trajectories with advanced computation, I pinpoint gene modules, regulatory networks, and mechanisms that enable precise control of biological systems, paving the way for targeted bioengineering.
